GREATER ST. LOUIS, MO — April 29, 2026

CoTrackPro announces the public release of the “Access To” open-source civic technology suite, a collection of eight interconnected GitHub repositories designed to improve access to essential services across legal, health, workforce, education, housing, and safety systems.

“Most families don’t fail because services don’t exist. They fail because the path to those services is invisible,” said Doug Devitre, founder and CEO of CoTrackPro. “The ‘Access To’ repositories are an open invitation to courts, clinics, schools, workforce boards, and civic technologists to build that path together. We’re publishing the scaffolding, the role models, and the AI patterns we use internally so other communities can adapt them, not start from zero.”

The initiative is bootstrapped, supported by side jobs and plasma donation, reflecting a lean funding approach.
