“The creditor removed their objection and yesterday the Court approved the sale of NSI’s assets to Nitride Global Inc.” Nitride Solutions CEO Jeremey Jones told the 4thEst8. The company filed for bankruptcy in Kansas’ 10th Circuit on June 9th.

The 4thEst8 couldn’t find much information on the buyer, Nitride Global Inc. The company appears in online documents that show it’s a Delaware corporation that was formed October 26, 2021.
