Event planning startup startup Disco! announced a new strategic partnership with Stacy Abeles, CEO of Abels and Co., that is in line with its marketing plan for cities outside of its home, St. Louis.

Strategic partnerships with corporate event planners allows them to package and list their customized packages on Disco!, providing a new way for them to monetize their ideas and creativity.

In each city, and starting in St. Louis, I‘m picturing having four to five strategic corporate planning partners, where they can really spin up experiences as as they come about,” Disco! founder Brittany Dwyer told bizblip. “The user will see this as its its own category curated by local event pros... And we can grow much faster and be much stronger if we‘re adding in ideas from these world class event planners.

Founded in May 2021, Disco! won the inauguralPitches Get Stitches pitch competition run by bizblip parent company News Lab Inc. in April 2022 and was awarded $75,000 in equityfree funding as part of the Arch Grants program that year.

 

We have 10 of the top 100 businesses in St. Louis that are planning experiences through Disco!. According to Dwyer, these key accounts planat least five to 10 experiences per year through us.
