Will Lindstrom, The Culture Think Tank CEO
The Culture Think Tank is launching an app and got some press in a trade magazine that CEO Will Lindstrom says is helping his bottom line.
“We were listed as a ‘top 10 emerging assessment provider’ by Managed HR Magazine,” he told the 4thEst8. “Our mobile app, which is releasing in April… so people can check in anonymously via phone, or they can through the app, and then we also have a kiosk solution which we are rolling out to a couple manufacturing plants where it will be wall-mounted.”
The Culture Think Tank came out of consulting, but Lindstrom is building a data analytic platform for gathering and interpreting employee information for assessments about the company culture.
The Kansas City, MO company has seven full time employees and was founded in December of 2019.
