The Health Mobile Van will be offering free baseline health screenings that include:
Blood Pressure – High blood pressure usually has no symptoms and cannot be detected without being measured. High blood pressure increases risk of heart disease and stroke.
Glucose – A blood glucose test is used to find out if your blood sugar levels are in a healthy range. It is often used to help diagnose and monitor diabetes.
Cholesterol – High Cholesterol increases your risk for heart disease and stroke, two leading causes of death in the United States.
