Aspire Software announced the acquisition of two landscape-related software firms. The Chesterfield, Mo. company provides business development software to the landscaping, snow removal and construction businesses. Acquired are Go iLawn, an online property measurement tool, and LandOne Software, a cloud-based digital measurement software firm for landscape and irrigation contractors.

Aspire itself was acquired in June this year by ServiceTitan, then immediately acquired Manus Software.. the beginning of an apparent M&A frenzy.

Founded in June 2014 the company raised $800K in two rounds. The most recent, a Series A, closed March, 2019 according to CrunchBase. The only identified investor is Mainsail Partners.

The Los Angeles based ServiceTitan was founded in 2012, has raised more than a billion in VC, and focuses on software supporting a variety of service industries. Their most recent round was a Series G that closed in late June of this year, shortly before it acquired Aspire.
